Part of the wider Transforming West Cumbria programme, it focuses on Improving the health and wellbeing of some of the most vulnerable and disadvantaged children and families in West Cumbria.
The project will address the issues they face, what support would help most and what is most important to them. Helping families develop the resilience they need to support themselves and each other and achieve the things that are important to them.
